Oscar Niemeyer Brand Identity

Oscar Niemeyer Brand Identity

Oscar Niemeyer’s work is recognizable by its white concrete curves, and primary color accents. He considered himself a dreamer and a rule breaker when it came to designing his work, and a lot of it seems to defy gravity. He was committed to helping the oppressed class, and used his work and activism to provide all people access to culture, education, and peace. He once said, “Architecture was my way of expressing my ideals: to be simple, to create a world equal to everyone, to look at people with optimism, that everyone has a gift. I don’t want anthing but general happiness.” He believed that he could use his gift to make a difference in the world, and he did.
